CONSTITUTION:An instruction is taken out from a memory 20 by an instruction taking-out circuit 25 and is set to an instruction holding circuit 21. The set instruction is supplied to a write instruction circuit 22. When it is detected that this instruction is a write instruction, this instruction is outputted to an area judging circuit 26 together with the write address. On the other hand, a write-permitted area is stored in a memory 24 when it is set by a write- permitted area setting circuit 23. The area judging circuit 26 receives the write instruction from the write instruction detecting circuit 22 and decides the write address range of this instruction. The address range is outputted to the instruction taking-out circuit 25 when it is within the permitted area, but an abnormality reporting circuit 27 is started when it is on the outside of the area.
