    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically identify in a power source classification identifying device for identifying the classification of a power unit for supplying operation power of various electronic devices. SOLUTION: A series circuit of a no-fuse breaker 7, a resistance 6 and a switch 5 is connected between terminals T1, T2 of the electronic device 1 with the power unit connected thereto, and a DC/DC converter 3 for supplying stabilization DC voltage to an electronic circuit 2 is connected between the terminals T1, T2. A voltage drop detecting part 4 is provided at the DC/DC converter 3, and a power source classification discriminating part 8 is provided for discriminating the power unit as an exclusive power unit by detecting a voltage drop by the voltage drop detecting part 4 when voltage drop control is performed by the operation of an overcurrent protective circuit 10a of the power unit by applying a current flowing through the resistance 6 of the series circuit, and discriminates the power unit as a general-purpose power unit when the no-fuse breaker 7 is operated.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish synchronization with respect to reception wave with high transmission quality without drastically revising the configuration of the hardware with respect to a synchronization controller that synchronizes a singe or plural reception waves which are given asynchronously. SOLUTION: This controller is provided with a synchronization means 11, that takes synchronization with a received wave coming from any one of transmission terminals with respect to the received waves arriving asynchronously through a common band for a prescribed period intermittently from a single or pluralities of the transmission terminals, a measurement means 12 that measures an electric field intensity of the received wave to store a history at a measurement period equal to an integer multiple of the prescribed period, and a predominant reception detection means 13 that specifies a point of time when the electric field strength of the received wave increases over the minimum value of permissible interference caused among the received waves which arrived in parallel from plural transmission terminals within the period which the history is taken, and the synchronization means 11 has a means that retries synchronization with respect to the received wave where that time is specified.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect transmission output abnormality even in a state where a fault or the deterioration of a characteristic occurs in a part of a transmission circuit and transmission output does not reach a desired value and it is distorted, to eliminate the need of a transmission output abnormality detection comparison circuit, to shorten time until a system stabilizes when power is supplied and to prevent the erroneous output of a transmission output abnormality signal. SOLUTION: The output of a comparator 5 is inputted to an up/down counter 20. The up/down counter 20 integrates the output of the comparator 5. The up/down counter 20 is reset when the output of the comparator is inverted by the output of P1 . When APC (automatic transmission power control circuit) normally functions, the count value of the up/down counter 20 does not become large. When the integrated value of the up/down counter 20 exceeds the prescribed value, it is judged that an automatic transmission power control circuit function does not normally operate and the transmission output abnormality signal is outputted.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the frequency stability of an intermediate frequency signal by providing 1st and 2nd frequency conversion means to the conversion circuit, detecting the frequency deviation of a 2nd intermediate frequency signal from the output of the 2nd frequency conversion means and controlling the local oscillation frequency of the 1st and 2nd frequency conversion means based on the deviation. CONSTITUTION:When the frequency stability of a reception signal is high, only a frequency deviation DELTAfL1 of a 1st local oscillation signal appears as a frequency deviation at a conversion output of the 1st frequency conversion means 11 and a frequency deviation DELTAfL1 of the 1st local oscillation signal and a frequency deviation DELTAfL2 of the 2nd local oscillation signal appear at a conversion output of a 2nd frequency conversion means 12. Then the frequency deviations DELTAfL1, DELTAfL2 are detected from a frequency difference detection means 13. Based on the detection output, the 1st and 2nd local oscillation frequencies are controlled by the frequency control means 14 from the frequency difference detection means 13, then the frequency deviations DELTAfL1, DELTAfL2 are eliminated from the conversion output of the frequency conversion means 12. Thus, even when the frequency stability of the reference oscillation circuit is low, the 2nd intermediate frequency signal with high frequency stability is obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the size, weight and power consumption of this mobile communication equipment by allowing drain voltage to be supplied to a power amplifier constituting a transmission part in accordance with a transmission power control signal. CONSTITUTION: The transmission part 32 is provided with a gate voltage setting circuit 323 and a drain voltage setting circuit 324 and the gate voltage VG and drain voltage VD of the power amplifier 322 are variably set up by a power control signal PCS received from a control circuit 20 through a time- division multiplexing/separating circuit 23. In the case of reducing transmission power from the maximum power in accordance with transmission power control, the input power of the amplifier 322 is reduced by a variable attenuator 321 in accordance with the power control signal PCS outputted from the circuit 20. In this case, the drain voltage VD of the amplifier 322 is also dropped to within a fixed voltage range by a drain voltage setting circuit 324 in accordance with the signal PCS. Consequently the efficiency of the power amplifier 322 at the time of maximum transmission can be held also at the time of controlling transmission power.
