摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a data amount for saving form image data used as trail information.SOLUTION: A master image storage section 11 stores a master image of a form. A filled form image acquisition section 12 acquires an image of a filled form that is the form filled with additional information. A luminance difference acquisition section 13 acquires a luminance difference between each pair of regions corresponding between the master image and the filled form image. A correction section 14 corrects a luminance value of each pixel forming the filled form image with a uniform correction amount depending on the luminance difference. An encoding section 15 applies an encoding process to the corrected filled form image to generate differential data from the master image. A saving section 16 saves the differential data resulting from the encoding process in association with information on the correction amount.
