    • PURPOSE:To preclude the occurrence of momentary break etc., when a large vibration or shock is applied, by forming a tab at a two-side contact or edge near it of a movable contact spring tied with a common terminal, and putting the free end of the tab always in contact with a protrusion step face furnished at a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:When no current is fed to the coil 21b of a relay 6, i.e., when a common terminal 72a-2 is in connection with a break contact terminal 22c, a movable contact spring 72a is put in a stabilized state by a tab 72a'. Accordingly the spring 72a itself will not cause vibration or resonance even though a vibration or shock is applied externally which permits the suppression of the momentary break phenomenon on the break contact terminal side and the circuit changeover phenomenon caused by contacting with the make contact terminal 22d. When current is fed to the coil 21b, on the other hand, the amperage or the shape of tab 72a', for example its width, are set so that the tab 72a' bends also, and thereby stable changing-over of the circuit is achieved.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for consideration of relative shift between a moving spring and a release spring when assembling a relay and the accumulation of parts precision and to reduce the number of parts by integrating the moving spring with the release spring in the electromagnetic relay. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 is wound on an iron core 2 which is fixed to one side of a yoke 3 bent at a right angle. To the other side of the yoke 3, the inside line of the bent portion of an armature 4 bent at an obtuse angle is engaged as a hinge in a rotationally movable manner. Also, a break contact 6 and a make contact 7 are arranged on the free end of the portion 4, and a moving contact 12 is arranged between both contacts. A bellows 11c formed of a U-shaped slit 11b with a stay 13 side as the opening from a portion fixed to the stay 13 is provided to allow the back of the portion 4 to be thrusted as in a release spring. As a result, contact pressure between the contacts 12, 6 is made constant, the contact pressure between the contacts 12, 6 is easily adjusted and the bellows as the release spring is integrated with a moving spring, to prevent characteristic disorder.

CONSTITUTION:In a bobbin finished body 11, a coil 12 having two-layer windings and a magnetic circuit to be formed by the coil 12 are mounted on a bobbin 13, while in a base finished body 15, a contact to be operated by a magnetic circuit and a contact driving mechanism part are mounted on a base 16. The leader lines 12a, 12a', 12b, 12b' of the coil 12 are individually connected to a bobbin 13 at respective end parts, while the outer connection terminals 14a, 14a', 14b, 14b' projecting through the bobbin 13 are mounted on the other end parts. In the positions facing the respective outer connection terminals 14a, 14a', 14b, 14b' of the region of the base finished body 15 where the bobbin finished body 11 is to be mounted, through holes 17a, 17a', 17b, 17b' to which the projection parts of the respective connection terminals 14a, 14a', 14b, 14b' are fixable in a penetrating state, are provided.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the height of a part by providing a recessed part in opposition to the airtight hole of a yoke, providing a thick part around the airtight hole, bringing a heating bit larger than the thick part and having a smooth heating surface into contact with the thick part to melt the thick part at the time of sealing. CONSTITUTION:A housing 4 of sealed structure is formed of a base mold 41 on which an electromagnetic relay body 2 is mounted and a cover 12 fitted to the base mold 41, whereby a sealed electromagnetic relay is constituted. The yoke 22 of the relay body 2 disposed along the mold 41 has a recessed part 23 on the side facing the mold 41, and the mold 41 has an airtight hole 14 on the surface opposed to the recessed part 23, and a protruded thick part 42 is formed on the outside surrounding the airtight hole 14. At the time of sealing, a heating bit 5 having a flat heating surface is used, and pressed to the mold 41, whereby the periphery of the airtight hole 14 is melted, and the melted resin is entered into the airtight hole 14, whereby the sealing is completed.

    • PURPOSE:To slide a movable contact point to a fixed contact point and lower the operation noise by bringing a tilting collision giving surface in a movable core side into collision with a collision receiving surface in a cover side. CONSTITUTION:A tilting collision receiving surface 5a against which a collision giving surface 2a of a block 2 is brought into collision at the time a movable core 1 proceeds to the operation dead center 11 is installed in the back side of an upper wall of a base 6. A resin material having good sliding property is used for these surfaces 2a and 5a. In the resting conditions, being drawn by a recovery spring 3, the movable core 1 is located at the resting point 10. Consequently. the movable contact point 7 and a fixed contact point 4 are in the condition of being parted each other, that is, in open condition as a relay. When the coil 1a is excited and the coil 1a proceeds to the operation dead point 11, the giving surface 2a of the block 2 and the receiving surface 5a of the cover 5 are brought into collision. At that time, since the giving surface 2a and the receiving surface 5a come into collision with each other while they are tilting, the impact of the proceeding core 1 is moderated and the contact points 7, 4 slides well and have a touch.

    • PURPOSE:To enable attracting force characteristics to be regulated in response to spring load by the use of same components by moving pole pieces to the direction parallel to an armature, and thereby making it possible to regulate the contact area of a york with the pole pieces. CONSTITUTION:The contact area of a york 12 with pole pieces 14 and 14' is regulated by moving the pole pieces 14 and 14' of a magnetic circuit composed of an armature 13 to be direction parallel to the armature 13 wherein one end 13a of the armature is located between both of the pole pieces 14 and 14', and the other end 13b is pivotally supported by the bent section of the york 12 while being penetrated through a coil 11 in such a way as to be freely locked. This thereby enables attracting force characteristics to be regulated by regulating the quantity of over lapping with the york 12 with the mounting positions of the pole pieces 14 and 14' changed as described above, thereby making it possible to obtain attracting force characteristics in response to spring load characteristics by the use of same components in a magnetic circuit in a simple manner.
