    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging management system as a sure method for preventing mispackaging of electronic components. SOLUTION: In managing a manufacturing process of a printed-circuit board of the electronic components used for electronic equipment, and the electronic components and required equipment and materials in a packaging process of the electronic components, an RFID (Radio Frequency-Identification) system which performs data communication between antennas, using electromagnetic coupling or electromagnetic induction, is employed in a comprehensive manner, including a management system which has been carried out with conventional bar codes, by which prior preparation until the electronic components and the required equipment and materials are mounted on a packaging machine of the electronic components, and management of operation states of, such as components and the equipment/material are attained easily and surely.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means that realizes extraction of characteristics of the customer management data by a simple procedure, by simultaneously ranking a plurality of components constituting a customer management database based on transaction data and customer data accumulated for the purpose of customer management in a sales and distribution system or the like. SOLUTION: This method comprises a means that, with two of the components out of a plurality of components constituting the customer management database stored in a computer, on an longitudinal axis and a horizontal axis respectively, creates a two dimensional matrix which is divided into 16 parts by dividing each of the two components into 4, displays the number of customers corresponding to each of the 16 cells shown on the matrix on a monitor screen, and extracts data corresponding to a cell easily, and a means that sets or changes a divided criterion of each component on the matrix by grouping the 16 divided cells with arbitrary continuous cells.
