The introduction section 3 includes a first reflection section 21 for reflecting light to the first light guide section 4. A step-wide reflection section 6 for reflecting light to the second light guide section 5 is formed on the first light guide section 4. The second light guide section 5 includes a light-emitting section 8 extended so as to reach at least a main direction (+X direction) side position of the step-wide reflection section 6. A light diffusion section 9 comprising recesses and/or projection portions is formed on an outer surface of the light-emitting section 8. The light diffusion section 9, while diffusing light in the light-emitting section 8, can emit the light.
