摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an lithographic printing plate which can record an image with a laser, has a successful on-press developability and printed image reproducibility, stable ink receptivity during printing and excellent resistance to plate wear, and a lithographic printing method and a method for manufacturing the lithographic printing plate.SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate includes: on a support body, an image recording layer on which an image can be formed by removing an unexposed part through supplying an oil-based ink and an aqueous component on a printer after exposure; and a protecting layer formed on the image recording layer. The protecting layer includes an inorganic laminar compound and an organic cation. The method for manufacturing the original lithographic printing plate is also provided. In addition, the lithographic printing plate is characterized by including a phosphonium compound of a specific structure in the image recording layer and/or the protecting layer, and the printing method includes on-press development in which a dampening water containing a phosphonium compound of a specific structure is used.

The lithographic printing method, after allowing the lithographic printing original plate to be exposed to infrared laser beam, includes: setting the original plate to a printing machine; supplying the printing ink and the wetting water to the lithographic printing original plate to remove the portion of the image recording layer unexposed to the infrared beam; and printing.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lithographic printing plate, wherein, in the non-alkali development of a lithographic printing plate precursor having a protective layer, even if the protective layer components are mingled into the developer, the reduction in development removability of the image recording layer and the generation of development scum can be inhibited; to provide an on-press development type lithographic printing plate precursor with excellent inking property, good scratch resistance, satisfied on-press developability and good fine line reproducibility; and to provide a lithographic printing method. SOLUTION: The method for producing a lithographic printing plate includes: imagewise exposing a lithographic printing plate precursor comprising a support, an image recording layer and a protective layer; and rubbing the plate surface by a rubbing member of an automatic processor in the presence of a developer at a pH of 2-10 to remove the protective layer and the image recording layer in the unexposed area. The lithographic printing plate precursor has, on a support, an image recording layer removable with a printing ink and/or a fountain solution and a protective layer containing a polyvinyl alcohol having a carboxyl group and/or a sulfonic acid group within the molecule.
