    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern formation method and a pattern formation device capable of forming a conductor on a hole part by modifying only an inner face of hole parts such as a via hole, a contact hole, and a through hole.SOLUTION: A pattern formation method according to the present invention has: a step of detecting distortion of a substrate, on which a hole part is formed; a step of creating first correction data correcting radiation data to radiate laser light to the hole part based on the distortion of the substrate, and creating second correction data correcting dropping data to drop conductive ink onto the hole part, when there is distortion on the substrate; a step of radiating the laser light only to the inner face of the hole part to modify the inner face of the hole part, based on radiation data when there is not distortion on the substrate, and based on the first correction data when there is distortion on the substrate, while supplying reaction gas to the hole part of the substrate; and a step of dropping the conductive ink onto the hole part based on dropping data when there is no distortion on the substrate, and based on the second correction data when there is distortion on the substrate.
