摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display or erase an image on a display medium conveniently and safely.SOLUTION: Electronic paper 12 is installed in a rewriting device 14, and also an IC card 16 is installed therein. When data is written on the electronic paper 12 and then the IC card 16 is taken out, an image displayed on the electronic paper 12 is maintained until a predetermined condition is satisfied. Furthermore, additional writing can be made by handwriting with an electronic pen 18 until the predetermined condition is satisfied. If the predetermined condition is satisfied, the rewriting device 14 erases the image displayed on the electronic paper 12.
