SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus detects an amount of positional deviation between a document image and a code image when outputting a code paper sheet 8 on which the document image according to an electric image, and the code image according to positional information designating the position on the paper sheet and a management ID are printed, and then registers the detected amount of the positional deviation and the management ID to an ID management server 2 by correlating them with each other. When overwriting is carried out on the code paper sheet 8 by using an electronic pen 7, the electronic pen 7 acquires tracing information of the electronic pen 7 and the management ID of the code paper sheet 8 according to a read result of the code image on the code paper sheet 8, and then outputs writing information obtained by correlating the tracing information with the management ID. The ID management server 2 outputs writing correction information in which the received writing information and the amount of the positional deviation of the identical management ID are correlated with each other, and a service server 4 performs correction of the positional deviation of the tracing information by using the amount of the positional deviation included in the received writing correction information.
