      SOLUTION: A first opposing part 661 of a plate member 66 has a first surface 663 at the inner periphery side of a fixing belt and a second surface 664 on a reverse side of the first surface 663. Furthermore, the first opposing part 661 includes an end face 665 which connects the first surface 663 to the second surface 664. Also, chamfering is performed to the corner parts of the plate member 66. More specifically, chamfering is performed to a first corner part 666 formed by the first surface 663 and the end face 665. Also, chamfering is performed to a second corner part 667 formed by the second surface 664 and the end face 665.
