摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-open device capable of easily tear-opening a so-called tape inserted bag, formed in a cylindrical shape by inserting a tape, from a tear start notch thereof, and to provide a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: In a tape inserted bag, easy-to-open means 3 and 3a are provided along the joined edges of a bag body 1, and along the end edges of a tape 4 on both sides. Side seals 8, 8a are provided on both sides of the bag body 1. By tearing the bag from either one of side notches 9 and 9a provided in the side seals 8 and 8a respectively, at the tape 4, the bag tears across the tape 4 from the easy-to-open means. The bag further tears at the end edge of the bag body 1 along the easy-to-open means 3 or 3a. The tape inserted bag can be opened easily by this action.
