    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cutoff line of a shrink film for a shrink tube equipped on a bottle or the like, and to enhance necessary bag-breaking-proof for breaking prevention when installing a tube and necessary cutting nature for the label separation (collection of bottle/label by type) of a used bottle. SOLUTION: This cutoff line (15) is formed as a perforation consisting of a row of a small diameter hole (12) interspersed between a relatively large diameter hole (11) and an adjoining hole (11) or a perforation consisting of a row of a half-cut (14) extended continuously or intermittently between a hole (13) and an adjoining hole (13). A bank-like thick wall section (15) which extends on both its sides along the perforation by request is formed. This cutoff line (15) can be formed efficiently by scanning a film surface while changing the dose of a laser beam in the direction which intersects with a horizontal-axial extending film in the extending direction on a continuous transfer line of the film.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bag-tearing resistance for preventing unexpected breaking starting from a cutting-off line of a tubular shrink label with the cutting-off line mounted on a beverage filling-up bottle, and cutting-off nature necessary for cutting-off of a label (bottle/label separated collection).
      SOLUTION: In the shrink label, the cutting-off line 1 is formed with perforations 3, and a thick-walled section 4 formed on both sides of the perforations. A hole pitch of the perforations of the cutting-off line 1
