SOLUTION: A metallic wire 29 is arranged in an engaging section 26 and the portions to be engaged near both ends of the metallic wire 29 of an engaging section 27 are previously provided with projecting parts 28. A back cover is assembled to a body base part and a front cover by pawl engagement. When the bottom cover section of a film roll chamber is closed, the metallic wire 29 is held between the engaging section 26 and the engaging section 27. At this time, both ends of the metallic wire 29 are exposed. Both ends of the exposed metallic wire 29 are connected to an impulse welding system and the engaging sections 26 and 27 holding the metallic wire 29 therebetween are melted, welded and bonded by passing impulse currents thereto. After the impulse welding, the projecting parts 28 formed by the resin are melted by the impulse currents or ultrasonic waves to cover and fill both ends of the exposed metallic wire 29.

A ratchet sound is generated in the spool 2 when the film is wound and become hard to leak out. If the winding knob 18 is misoperated, the elastic pawl 35 is deterred from abnormally deforming in the spool 22 and then never plastically deforms.

On the end face 20b of the main body 20, only a display opening 35 for showing the completion of development is formed as an opening for exposing a display plate 36. Since the main body 20 taken out from a unit main body shows at least a state that it is not used and not in the process of photographing, the main body 20 is never erroneously loaded in the camera.
