      SOLUTION: The anisotropic scattering film is constituted so that only the light made incident from a specified direction is scattered, the light made incident from directions other than the specified direction is transmitted, and also half value width (FWHN) being a difference between two angles which becomes 1/2 of maximum scattered light intensity in the distribution curve of the scattered light intensity to a scattering angle on two scattering surfaces in the scattered light of the light made incident from the specified direction may differ on two scattering surfaces.
