摘要： PURPOSE:To joint even wide papers continuously without leaving them uncoupled partially, by connecting an ultrasonic oscillator to the shaft part of a disc-shaped horn main body and converting the longitudinal oscillation of the ultrasonic oscillator in the axial direction of the horn to the radial direction of the horn main body. CONSTITUTION:Through a disc-shaped horn 31 and an ultrasonic oscillator 32 connected to the shaft part of this horn 31 are osciallated longitudinally in the axial direction, the oscillation direction of the horn 31 is converted at 90 deg. to generate the longitudinal oscillation in the radial direction of a round jaw-shaped projecting part 31a because this projecting part 31a is provided laterally around the part which is the node of the oscillation of the horn 31. Consequently, the horn 31 is pressed agaist two papers 33 and 33' piled on an anvil 34, and ultrasonic waves are radiated, and the horn 31 is rotated and run, thus jointing papers 33 and 33' throughout their width.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attain the cost-down of the device and to improve the reliability, by comparing a voltage proportional to the rotating speed of a winding reel and a preset value for detecting the falling point of a tape running speed switching point and stopping the winding. CONSTITUTION:A value of a winding tape to the entire length is set to a preset counter of a stop signal generating circuit 6, and a reference voltage value Vs of a reference voltage generator 5b of a falling point detecting circuit 5 is adjusted with a variable resistor 4 so as to be a voltage of a falling point B. The tape winding diameter is increased as a winding small reel winds up a tape and an output voltage VT of a tachogenerator 2 is decreased gradually. When this voltage reaches the Vs of the falling point or below, an output of a comparator 5a is inverted, a coincidence detecting signal Sa of the falling point B is given to a main circuit 7. When the main circuit 7 detects the coincidence detecting signal Sa of the falling point B, the voltage is changed over to a voltage decreased along a prescribed tilted angle, to decrease gradually the tape winding speed. Then, a pulse train generated in response to the amount of tape winding is counted, and when the counted value is coincident with the value corresponding to the entire tape winding amount set in the counter, a stop signal generating circuit 6 gives a stop signal Sb to the main circuit 7.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stably wind up a tape at a low cost, by carrying out the switching of tape speed when the count value of a counter which initiates to count simultaneously with the start of tape winding, coincides with each of predetermined values corresponding to the last transition point and last transition final point. CONSTITUTION:In a method of winding a tape with the use of a tape winding device comprising one tape reel 1 for feeding out a tape 12 and another tape reel 2 for winding up the tape 12 in a predetermined length, the switching of tape speed at a last trasition point at which the wind-up speed is shifted to its last transient zone from its constant high speed and at last transition final point at which the tape speed is shifted to a stop or a preliminary stop zone from the last transition zone, is carried out when a comparator 7 detects that the count value of a counter 6 which initiates to count simultaneously with the start of tape winding, conincedes with each of predetermined values corresponding to the last transient point and the last transient final point. That is, an analog reference value corresponding to the switching point of tape speed and a comparator circuit therefor which are conventionally used may be eliminated, thereby the circuit for switching the tape speed is simplified and a reduction in cost may be expected.
