    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contaminated soil improving method by which decontamination of contaminated soil can be efficiently performed at a low cost by efficiently discharging the contaminated soil on the ground by high pressure injection of water and air and further injecting and replacing slurry-like replacing burying materials in a space part made by discharging the contaminated soil.
      SOLUTION: In this contaminated soil improving method, an injection pipe 2 is inserted in the ground until it reaches the contaminated soil 32, then while rotating and pulling up the injection pipe 2, water 30 and air 31 are injected from nozzles 10, 11 to agitate the contaminated soil 32, slurry-like contaminated soil 32A is discharged on the ground from a space between a hole 27 and the injection pipe 2, further slurry-like bamboo charcoal powder 16A is injected from a replacing burying material injection nozzle 13 provided below the injection nozzles 10, 11 of the water 30 and the air 31 to bury the slurry-like bamboo charcoal powder 16A into the space part made by discharging the contaminated soil 32.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contaminated soil conditioning method by which the contaminated soil can be conditioned simply at a low cost and in which the contaminated soil and water can be decontaminated by replacing the contaminated soil with a slurried carbonized adsorbent to adsorb a toxic substance on the adsorbent.
      SOLUTION: A hole 2 reaching the contaminated soil 20 from the earth's surface is dug in the ground. An injection pipe 3 having jet nozzles 18a, 18b fit to the tip side for jetting water 15, air 16 and slurried bamboo charcoal powder 17 is inserted into the ground through the hole 2. The contaminated soil is agitated by jetting the water 15 and the air 16 from the nozzle 18a while pulling and rotating the pipe 3. The slurried contaminated soil 20A is discharged to the ground from the space between the hole 2 and the pipe 3. The powder 17 is jetted from the nozzle 18b arranged in the lower part so that the slurried carbonized adsorbent being the powder 17 is filled in the empty space part formed by discharging the slurried contaminated soil.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contaminated soil improvement method having a simplified structure by forming a jet pipe with a single tube of the thin outer diameter, enabling work in a narrow site or indoor by miniaturizing a rotary drive device, and also performing separation of gas contained in the soil in a short period of time by performing bubbling in the ground. SOLUTION: A water jet port 14 is formed at the lower end of the single pipe 13, and a ball stopper 17 is detachably provided at the upper part thereof. A jet pipe 5 provided with a jet nozzle 18 at the upper part thereof is rotated to jet water 19 from the water jet port 14 at the lower end and is inserted in the ground. Then, the ball stopper 17 is inserted to close the water jet port 14, thereafter the jet pipe 5 is vertically rotated to jet water 19 from the jet nozzle 18 with high pressure to increase the hole diameter. Then, air 44 is jetted from the jet nozzle 18 to apply bubbling to slurried contaminated soil, and slurried bamboo charcoal 45 is jetted from the jet nozzle 18 while pulling up the jet pipe 5 for substitution. Thereafter, the fibers 4 of the bamboo are water-washed/dried and are cut to a prescribed length, and an alginic acid solution 5 and bamboo charcoal powder 6 are mixed therein. Thereafter, the mixture is charged inside a mold 7, is press-molded by a press 8 to form a block shape or a mat shape, so that the oil adsorbent material 9 is obtained.
