SOLUTION: In the arrangement mechanism of the reclining mechanism 4 which is a mechanism provided at a reclining bracket 8 bound to the seat back of the vehicle seat and is equipped with a main body unit 4A adjusting the inclination angle of the seat back and link parts 4B and 4C releasing the tilt lock of the seat back by the main body unit 4A, the main body unit 4A and the link parts 4B and 4C of the reclining mechanism 4 are respectively and separately arranged on both face sides of the reclining bracket 8. For example, the main body unit 4A of the reclining mechanism 4 is arranged on the outside of the reclining bracket 8 and the link parts 4B and 4C are arranged on the inside of the reclining bracket 8.
