    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular suspension supporting device capable of efficiently absorbing the vibration from a power unit, and absorbing shocks from the power unit without impairing the shock absorption performance of an existing vehicle body structure during the collision of a vehicle.
      SOLUTION: A mount bracket 30 to support a power unit is erected upwardly in the diagonal direction from a base part 2 of a cross member body, a power unit is tightened to and supported by one of two side plates 31 and 31 facing each other at a predetermined space, a nut 32 having the function as a vibration damping mass to suppress the vibration of the power unit is fixed thereto, and a bead 31a for collapse is formed on the base part side of each side plate 31.
