SOLUTION: The watt-hour meter includes a voltage/current detection part 10 for detecting the magnitude of the voltage of each input phase to output it as a voltage value and detecting the magnitude of a current to output it as a current value; a determination part 21 for determining whether the voltage value sent from the voltage/current detection part lies within a prescribed range, whether the current value lies within a prescribed range, and whether an unbalance ratio obtained, on the basis of the current value of each phase, is not larger than a stipulated value; and a reporting part 30 for reporting that the measurement of the electrical energy has not been performed normally, when it is determined by the determination part that the voltage value deviates from the prescribed range, that the current value deviates from the prescribed range, or that the unbalance ratio becomes larger than the stipulated value.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor robust over external radio noise, easy-to-manufacturing, and inexpensive, and to provide a voltmeter using the sensor. SOLUTION: The current sensor detecting the measured current via magnetic flux generated in a magnetic flux-condensing core 9 caused by the measured current flowing through a current bar, surrounds the current bar concerned, where a main board 11 is set out part of which is deployed at a gap part prepared in the magnetic flux-condensing core 9 and a first coil pattern to detect the magnetic flux is deployed on the main board 11.
