    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix a constituent to be analyzed so that an appropriate analysis is made, even if insoluble components are contained in trace amounts in the analytical sample.
      SOLUTION: A filter 10 for passing only a constituent to be analyzed, without passing an insoluble constituent in an analysis sample, is provided in a mixing channel 7. The filter 10 forms a weir for blocking the channel 7 at the inlet section or middle section of the mixing channel 7 formed on a substrate 2, and forms a plurality of slits 10a penetrating along the direction of the channel of the weir. The input width of each slit 10a is set to be a dimension for catching the insoluble constituent, so that the filter 10 catches the insoluble constituent, thus preventing the insoluble constituent from passing and enabling only the constituent to be analyzed to pass.
