      SOLUTION: An inner circuit of an electromagnetic contactor is structured of one kind of mechanical latch system, and an outer circuit is of a normally excited structure of operating an input coil 52C making a switch in the inner circuit in an input state with the use of a normally open contact mode and a normally closed contact mode of an inputting and breaking auxiliary relay 52Z and a tripping coil 52H making the switch in a breaking state. With this, the one kind of electromagnetic switching device is made to respond to two kinds of operation systems.
