The bottle is filled with a solution which has a viscosity of 10-300 Pa s as measured at a shear deformation speed of 0.01 s. The granules are mixed with the solution prior to drinking, and the resultant mixture is then subjected to drinking. Each of the granules is coated with at least one substance selected from: an emulsifying agent having an HLB of 6 or less and is composed of a fatty acid having a chain length of C16, C18, C20 or C22; an animal or vegetable wax; and an extremely hardened oil.
