SOLUTION: Conductor of each core wire 209 of the same phase of an ultra- multicore impedance cable 201 is inserted to a plurality of connection holes provided to a connector 101 and is then connected thereto. A connector of each phase of a 3-core cable 202 is inserted to a connection hole provided to a connector 102 and is also connected thereto. Moreover, the part bound in every same phase core of the cable 201, cable sheath end, branching part of 3-core cable 202 and the cable sheath end part are insulated and covered with a thermocompressive 3-way branching pipes 205, 211, the connectors 101, 102 of each phase is insulated and covered in each phase, all connectors of each phase are covered in batch with a cylindrical case 1 for fixing to a cable grounds 4, 5, matching with the explosion proof standard and the cylindrical case 1 is filled with a compound. Moreover, a waterproof cover 11 is attached to the external side of the cylindrical case 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To alleviate deformation of a bellows and extend the life thereof by soldering and heating, when both ends of the bellows are to be soldered to a ceramic sleeve and to a through conductor, by fixing both ends of the bellows with a fixing device and in a heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:When a ceramic bushing 1 is soldered in a heating furnace, a fixing device 15 made of carbon or the like is attached to sealing pieces 8, 9 on both ends of a bellows 7. The attachment is performed by fitting both ends of the fixing device 15 into recesses of the sealing pieces 8, 9. The double- sealed type ceramic bushing 1 in such a condition is put in a heating furnace. The inside of the furnace is made to a deoxidating atmosphere such as of hydrogen and the temperature thereof is raised above the melting temperature of solder 5, 10, 11. Performing the heating and soldering in this way in the heating furnace by fixing both ends of the bellows 7 with the fixing device 15, thermal stresses due to difference in coefficients of linear expansion between a ceramic sleeve 2 and a through conductor 3 is prevented from being exerted on the bellows 7.

With this structure, the encroachment of the outside air or the like into the LNG tank is eliminated and a feeder having the high safety is obtained without making a device larger.

A flange 42 of the movable member 4 is made to abut an upper stopper 43 of the case 40 to energize a coil-shaped elastic body 5 below the flange 42 upward. For example, when the case 40 is fixed inside a manhole (a) and the movable member 4 is set being pressed with a lid (b). The opening or closing of the lid (b) can be detected with the optical fibers 30 and 31. Thus, the sensor thus obtained can be operated as displacement meter as well in a case held watertight.
