    • PURPOSE:To monitor the abnormality of a field side device during measurement control by connecting the detection terminal equipment and the operation terminal equipment of the field side to the control device of a control center side through a transmission line and providing a data processing part and a data transmission part in these equipments respectively. CONSTITUTION:While the physical quantity detected in a detection terminal equipment 2 is converted into a digital signal in an input signal conversion part 21 and the digital signal and RAS information which shows the result of a self-diagnosis are stored in an internal memory a CPU 22, the information is transmitted to a control device 1 through a transmission input-output part 23. In a detection terminal equipment 3 the output signal from the device 1 is received at a transmission input part 33 to be stored in the internal memory of a CPU 32 and outputted through an output signal conversion part 31. In the device 1 the data received through a transmission input-output part 11 is properly processed by a CPU 12 and stored in a memory 13. The data in the memory 13 is displayed on a data display unit 1a and the data from a data input unit 1b is written in the memory 13. Thus the abnormality of the field side device can be monitored during the measurement control.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform not only abnormality detection but also control according to the number of membrane modules having abnormality by irradiating membrane treated water with light beams and outputting alarm signals when the number of scattered light pulses by fine particles in the treated water and the turbidity calculated from the scattered light quantity exceed set values. SOLUTION: Membrane treated water is measured by a device having both the functions of outputting an alarm signal PS when the membrane treated water is irradiated with light beam and the number of scattered light pulses by fine particles in the treated water or the number of light cutoff pulses exceeds a set value PL and of outputting an alarm signal DS when turbidity calculated by the scattered light quantity by fine particles in the treated water or the permeated light quantity exceeds a set value DL. When slight cracking occurs in the membrane at time t01 , with the progress of the cracking, fine particle number concentration P1 and turbidity D1 of the membrane treated water are increase. At this time, the system is controlled by pump operation control or a standby system is operated to secure the normal quantity of the treated water.
