摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thin and lightweight automobile- use two piece aluminum wheel disk inexpensively. SOLUTION: The molten metal of an Al-Si-Mg base aluminum alloy contg., by weight, 5 to 12% Si, 0.2 to 0.8% Mg, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities is charged to a mold, which is rapidly cooled to 250 to 550 deg.C under the high rolling reduction of 500 to 1200kgf/cm , and after that, the mold is opened. Immediately, it is subjected to preliminary aging treatment at 80 to 250 deg.C for >=5min and is subsequently subjected to artificial aging treatment.

The absorber 12 is constituted of three filling members 12 a, 12b, 12c inserted into the partitioned hollow sections of the beam main body 11, and a foam styrol material having the expansion ratio of 15 is cut into a rectangular solid shape to mold the filling members 12a-12c. The filling members 12a-12c are thrust from the opening ends of the beam main body 11 to fill the hollow sections with no gap, and the tips reach the vicinities of the fitting members 13 when they are wholly thrust into the beam main body 11.
