CONSTITUTION:The surface layer or whole of a seat mat for automobile is formed of a conductive layer 1 having a volume inherent resistivity less than 10 OMEGA.cm and the conductive layer 1 is provided with a lead wire 3. As the conductive layer of the volume inherent resistivity less than 10 OMEGA.cm, for example, a metallized fiber fabric and metal plated fiber fabric in which a metal such as nickel is deposited in a synthetic fiber such as polyester, and a fiber threaded with metal fiber and carbon fiber can be used. Hence, the generation of static electricity can be made difficult, and the static electricity charged in a human body can be earthed and removed rapidly and certainly.

    • PURPOSE:To take a glance of the indice of floppy disks and to simply take out the necessary floppy disk, by drawing a plurality of bag like cases in such a state that the bags on the front side become low when the bag like case of the rearmost part is drawn up. CONSTITUTION:Each of bag like cases 11A-11D having floppy disks 1 received therein is constituted so that the upper end edge of a front surface plate 12 is lower than that of a back surface plate 13 and a longitudinal strip 14 extending in an up-and-down direction is provided to the back surface of the back surface plate 13. The longitudinal strip 14 is formed by folding back the extension part of the back surface plate 13 and the longitudinal strips 14 of the bag like cases 11A-11C other than the bag like case of the rearmost part pass the back surfaces of the front surface plates 12 of the bag like cases present on the rear side to be made slidable along the front surface plates 12. The notches 15 permitting the passage of the longitudinal strips 14 are formed to the lower parts of the front surface plates 12 of the bag like cases 11A-11D and the longitudinal strips 14 are connected to the back surface plates 13 in a form holding the front surface plates 12 of the bag like cases. When the knob piece 17 of the bag like case 11D of the rearmost part is drawn up, all of the indice 2 of the floppy disks 1 received in the bag like cases 11A-11D becomes visible and the necessary floppy disk can be taken out simply.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a thermoplastic resin foam having uniform density at all times by a method wherein the pressure of gas, by which resin is extruded, is adjusted to the specified value so as to adjust the resin to the predetermined flow rate in order to pour the resin in an extruder. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin foam such as polypropylene is charged from a hopper 2. After the pressure of gas such as CO2 is adjusted to a value within the range from no less than the pressure of molten resin at a pouring part to less than and equal to 100kg/cm through a pressure reducing valve 3, the gas is poured from a cylinder inlet corresponding to a bent part through a mass flow controller 4, which actuates at high temperature, in an extruder at the predetermined flow rate such as 1l/min. If the pressure of the gas is below the pressure of resin melt, the gas can not be forced in to the resin. Further, if the pressure of the gas exceeds 100kg/cm , it exceeds the breakdown strength limit of the mass flow controller. As the thermoplastic resin, olefin polymer such as butene polymer or the like, copolymer of different alpha-olefin, copolymer of olefin polymer and vinylmonomer such as vinyl chloride or the like, fluoroplastic such as polyvinyl chloride or the like, polyamide such as nylon 66 and the like are mentioned.
