    • PURPOSE:To produce an English sentence of high quality which is free from a spelling error with a comparatively low cost, by comparing successively the spellings in a supplied English sentence with the spellings of words registered in a dictionary to decide the spelling of the input words. CONSTITUTION:The words are successively taken out at a spelling error correction control part 9 for an English sentence which is fed from a keyboard 2 or a file device and stored temporarily in a buffer 3. These words are compared successively with the spellings stored in a basic dictionary 6, a temporary dictionary 7 and a conversion dictionary 8 respectively. Then the word having an error of spelling is replaced with the word of correct spelling within the buffer 3. A basic word spelling comparator part 10 is actuated by a control part 9 to transmits an OK signal to the part 9 when detecting the coincidence of comparison and to actuate a comparator part 11, when detecting the discordance. Furthermore, an erroneous word spelling comparator part 12 is actuated if the discordance is detected. When the discordance is detected at the part 12, a fault message is sent to a display 1 from a correction processing part 14. Then the error is informed to an operator.

    • PURPOSE:To process plural data which are processed in a regular processing procedure and the reduce the manhour for production of a processing procedure, by rewriting a specific file name of the processing procedure into a designated file name. CONSTITUTION:A processor 8 stores successively the file names of plural data inputted previously from a keyboard 13 for each job name into a disk 18 via a disk control circuit 14 based on a program. When a job name is inputted from the keyboard 13, all file names corresponding to said job name are red out of the disk 18 and displayed at a display part 12. At the same time, a processing procedure is read out of a disk 19 via a disk control circuit 15 and copied to a disk 20. When a file name is designated, a specific file name added to the processing procedure copied to the disk 20 is rewritten into a designated file name. Thus it is possible to process plural data just with a single processing procedure and to reduce the manhour for production of the processing procedure.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently store data to the external storage of a terminal equipment by referring control information and storing only a block, in which effective data are included to the external storage. CONSTITUTION:A means to divide the chart form data into the plural blocks and to give identifying information to shown which spot of an original chart form the block is positioned in each bloc, a means to identify whether the effective data are included in the respective blocks or not, a means to generate the control information composed of information to show whether the effective data are included in the block or not concerning all the divided blocks are provided. Then, the control information are referred and only the block to include the effective data is stored to the external storage. For example, the contents of blocks 1, 2 and 5 to include a cell, which has the effective data in the respective blocks of chart form data 10, are stored as 1a, 2a and 5a to the external storage and it is displayed in control information 12 that there are the data in the said blocks. Thus, the terminal equipment, etc., can store the large type of the chart form data to its own external storage efficiently.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a change for a print format in a line, by dividing the line direction of a line into plural fields and designating these fields and the size of character. CONSTITUTION:A field line process part fetches the data equivalent to a field line l1 and gives a print code (m), a line code x1, a character size code y1 and the character code to a print mode process part, a position generating part, an enlargement process part and a character process part respectively. The character process part reads the character dot pattern of character ''1'' and gives it to the enlargement process part to produce a 1-magnification character dot pattern. This character dot pattern is stored in the storage address of a print buffer corresponding to the position data showing a positioning line amoung those three field lines L1, L2 and L3 that are calculated at the position generating part. When the dot patterns of all fields l1-l15 and field lines L1-L3 of a unit line L are stored, thsese pattern are scanned and read to be printed out to a printer.
