    • PURPOSE:To know the state of a fault and to perform analysis of the fault by saving the contents of an own system or an remote-side system to a magnetic memory and printing out them before the replacement processing is restarted when the fault occurs. CONSTITUTION:A single emergent working circuit EMA100 is connected to both center controllers 10 and 11 having double structures. Then the EMA100 detects the faults of each device and selects either one of controllers 10 and 11, main memories 20 and 21 and magnetic disk devices 30 and 31 respectively. The contents of the address areas set within the main memories are transferred to devices 30 and 31. Then an indication is given to the controllers 10 and 11 to restart the replacement processing. The system consitution is selected together with the designation of contents of either one of both main memories that should be transferred to the disk devices according to the value of a counter set in the circuit EMA100.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the modification of a program by constituting a line concentrator at a switchboard side on a small scale by composing the data switchboard, connected to a remote line concentrator via a high-speed time-division multiple circuit, of a signal controller and central controller. CONSTITUTION:Remote subscribers 11...1n are connected to time-division multiplexer 19 via high-speed time-division multiple circuit 14 by time-division multiple line concetrator 17. Low-speed circuits 31 to 3m of unit 19 are slected as many as (m)-numbered circuits 14 and connected to switch network units SNU 41 to SNU 4e of switchboard 12. When a call made by subscriber 21 connected to switchboard 12 reaches signal controller 52 from switching terminal 22, unit 52 informs central controller 16 of the terminal number and call. On confiming the subscriber, unit 16 transmits a confirmation signal to the subscriber. Once subscriber 11 makes a call, unit 17 supplies signal to unit 41 from terminal 24 via unit 19. Unit 41 informs unit 16 of the subscriber's number and call and unit 16 confirms the subscriber and then transmits a confirmation signal permitting the transmission.
