摘要： PURPOSE:To make improvements in aseismatic reliability ever so better, by installing two types of large and small picker driving mechanism in terms of driving force, and constituting the driving mechanism so as to be selected to the large driving force on the basis of earthquake occurring detection. CONSTITUTION:When an earthquake occurs while an operating mode indicator 25 indicates a transfer operating mode, an output line of a gap photocell 23b varies from ON to OFF and transmitted to an AND circuit 32. Since an AND circuit 31 is OFF because it is in the transfer operating mode, the AND circuit 32 and an OR circuit 30 both are turned off. On the other hand, a select switch 33 selects a drive circuit of a picker motor 19 from a first drive circuit 34 to a second drive circuit 35. Even at the time of picker excitation by a maximum earthquake to the second drive circuit 35, this picker is drawn in a carriage mechanism, making it take ability to generate driving force whereby a collision or the like of the cell, etc., is preventable. With this constitution, aseismatic reliability is improvable.

摘要： PURPOSE:To put easily a cassette into a cassette holder by providing a means to the cassette holder to set or reset the cassette to the reference position of the cassette holer by means of the driving power which loads the cassette holder into a cassette tape device. CONSTITUTION:A cassette 1 has a recess B to which the reference surface (projection 24) of a cassette holder 11 is put. The cassette 1 is positioned at the center of the holder 11 when the cassette 1 is inserted toward an arrow head A. Then the holder 11 is moved to the left with the driving power for loading. In this case, a set arm 13 traces the locus of a set guide 17 of an upper roller 14. Then a lower roller 15 moving a response to the roller 14 presses the holder 11 to the projection 24 to set the cassette 1. When the holder 11 moves to the right from the left, an upper roller 19 of a reset arm 20 pressed to a stopper 22 touches the guide face of a reset guide 18 fixed to the holder 11 to move the arm 20. Thus the cassette 1 is removed by a lower roller 23 of the arm 20. In such a way, the cassette 1 can be loaded easily.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make improvements in reliability and housing efficiency ever so better, by making a lower holding member of a vertical holding mechanism, letting it pass through a space between paired position compensating inclines, and constituting it so as to do a positional compensation by action of these inclines. CONSTITUTION:When a positional error of the article 1 held by both upper and lower holding members 12 and 13 is detected, the lower holding member 13 is made to go down with drive of a motor 14 via gears 15 and 16. With this operation, the lower holding member 13 passes through a space between bottom members 20 of a pair of inclines 19 and 19. During this while, the article 1 goes down together with the holding member 13 as being guided by these inclines 19 and 19, it gradually moves to a central position of these inclines 19 and 19 and transferred to these bottom members 20, thus its position is compensated. Then, the lower holding member 13 is made to go up again whereby the article 1 is held between both upper and lower holding members 12 and 13. With this constitution, improvements in reliability and housing efficiency are well promoted.

With this operation, the lower holding member 13 passes through a support plate 20 downward. At this time, the article 1 is transferred to the support plate 20 from the holding member 13. Next, a solenoid 19b operates, making a movable member 19 move to some extent, thus the article 1 is positioned to a reference position. Then, the lower holding member 13 goes upward whereby the article 1 is held by both upper and lower holding members 12 and 13, and the specified handling takes place. With this constitution, improvements in reliability and housing efficiency are well promoted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To collect automatically a desired cartridge from a cartridge storing device by using a drum having a bottom plate supported by a spring as a support mechanism of a structure revolving at a low speed. CONSTITUTION:A double drum 17 is stored in a cartridge large amount storing mechanism 16 and a bottom plate 19 is supported by a spring 18 within the drum 17. Then the plate 19 moves down owing to the cartridges stored on the plate 19. In addition, a drum driving part is provided under the drum 17 and these two drums 17 are revolved at a low speed. While a shoot 15 is provided at the exit of a cartridge storing device 1. Then a desired cartridge is taken out of the device 1 storing a large amount of cartridges the mechanism 16 is set at the front of the shoot 15 set at the exit of the device 1. Thus the extracted cartridge slides through the shoot 15 and is stored in the drum 17 of the mechanism 16.

The cell blocks are then fitted to a wall face 5 at a spacing a little wider than the width of the short-hand direction of the cartridge 3, and constitute the storing shelf 4 by arranging oppositely the respective rib parts 41.The opposite rib parts 41 support and hold the both ends of the bottom face of the cartridge 3, and the interval between the rib parts 41 constitutes a cutout type space, thereby affording a space for the motion of a hand 2. Thus, the hand 2 of an automatic handling mechanism can find its position without receiving any constraint form the top and bottom faces of the cartridge 3, and the easy taking-out and storing of the cartridge 3 is made possible.

Also, when upper and lower hands 2a, 2b of a hand mechanism 2 are drawn out of a cartridge ejecting mechanism 1, the support roller 16 is released,and the sliding base frame 10 is tilted counterclockwise around the supporting point '0' by the empty weight of the cartridge 3, and hits against the first stopper 13 and stops. In this way, the cartridge 3 slides on the rollers 12a-12c of the sliding base frame 10 and it is ejected in the direction of a taking-out port EL.

The tape guide 2 changes the direction of the tape 4. restricts one end of a tape 7 with a guide spring 7 and feeds a side at the rotary head 6 isn the shape of circular-arc 8 axially. A guide post (not shown) at the winding side has the similar construction. Thus, the strain of tape can be reduced without giving impulsive change to the tape 4.
