摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent howling by controlling maximum number of speakers that can speak simultaneously out of subscribers who are taking part in a conference to a preset number. CONSTITUTION:Sound signals made by converting analog sound signals from a subscriber to digital signals are inputted from sound input signal terminals 1-1-1-n, and the sound signals are delayed by delay circuits 2-1-2-n to prevent cutting off of starting and ending of words. Further, sound signals are inputted to voice detecting circuits 3-1-3-n. Then, output signals 4-1-4-n of circuits 3-1-3-n are inputted to a gate circuit 8 and an addition selecting circuit 5. The circuit 5 selects (p) of aural signals of any subscriber, and only selected sound signals are passed at unchanged sound signal level and signal level of other subscribers is checked. Signals for which number of speakers is controlled to a maximum of (p) are added in an adder circuit 10 and outputted. Thus, a conference can be held preventing howling.

Thus, the synchronizing lock time is reduced and the maintenance time is reduced.

SOLUTION: A plurality of screw holes 10a are formed in a terminal board 10, and a plurality of slit opening holes 12 are formed in a protective cover 11. A plurality of manual attaching bolts 15 for attaching a press-contact terminal to the terminal plate 10 include a large diameter knob part 16, a small diameter shaft part 17, a screw part 18 and a disk flange 19. The outer diameter of the shaft part 17 is set slightly smaller than the width of the opening hole 12 of the protective cover 11. A plurality of circular through-holes 21 are provided in the center of an opening/closing member 20, and a hole diameter is set slightly larger than the outer diameter of the flange 19 of the manual attaching bolt 15. If a pulling-out force is applied to the manual attaching bolt 15, the flange 19 enters the through-holes 21 of the opening/closing member 20, but its falling-off from the protective cover 11 is prevented by the inner wall surface of the protective cover 11.
