    • PURPOSE:To realize a testing method for a tone signal generation circuit capable of efficiently testing a tone signal by collating the compression data for which plural tone signals are compressed with correct solution data in the testing method for the tone signal generation circuit of an electronic exchange. CONSTITUTION:This testing method for tone signal generation circuit is provided with a compression means 10 compressing the digital tone signal generated by a tone signal generation circuit 1 on a tone highway only by prescribed time, a control means 20 generating a control signal controlling the reset, the the start and stop of the operation of the tone signal generation circuit 1 and a comparison means 30 comparing the data for which a tone signal is compressed by a compression means 10 with an expected value when a normal digital tone signal is compressed for the prescribed time. By comparing the data for which tone signal generated by the tone signal generation circuit 1 is compressed by a compression means 10 only for prescribed time with the expected value when the normal digital tone signal is compressed for prescribed time by the comparison means 30, the tone signal generation circuit 1 is tested.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a highly efficient test of IC chip by scribing each chip in a wafer secured on a sheet, picking up the chips individually from the sheet, and then securing a plurality of chips again at predetermined positions on a supporting member. CONSTITUTION:A substrate stuck to a sheet is scribed and chips are picked up individually from the sheet in order to carry out test, e.g. burn-in, for each unit chip. A plurality of IC chips are then secured again collectively at predetermined positions on a supporting member 2 and electric tests(shipping tests) are carried out by means of a test prober. This realizes highly efficient prober test. Furthermore, since tests are carried out under a state of IC chip 1, the IC chip 1 can be guarateed sufficiently as compared with a case where tests are carried out under wafer state.

    • PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength of a device through function of the reiforcing frame for a film by providing a resin frame to be secured to the film which supports the outer lead connected with a semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION:A copper outer lead 12 is given to a polyimide film 11. The film 11 is provided with an opening 13 for housing a semiconductor chip and an opening 14 so that the film 11 may not get in the way when the lead is cut off from the carrier 10. The bumps 18 on a semiconductor chip 17 are pressure fixed to a carrier 1 for being to be connected to the outer lead 12. Next, the carrier 1 is set in a molding device while forming a resin frame 19 around the outer lead 12 for fixing the film 11. At this time, while being fully spread on both sides of the resin film, through the openings 15, 16, the film 11 adheres. Continuously, the film 11 is cut off along the frame 19 for being finished. According to this constitution, a special slide carrier for reinforcement becomes useless thus enabling cost reduction.

The portion forming the inductance becomes the negligible length, and the inductance can be made slight. A contact socket 15 is a tube made of metal, it is inserted into the through hole of the wiring board 14 and fixed and connected to the wiring of the board 14, and the contactor 10 is inserted. The portion forming the inductance is thereby made the negligible length, and the inductance can be made slight.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the load balance of a kit organizing conveyor system between a warehouse and a plurality of picking stations, by parallelly arranging a bypass recirculating conveyor provided with a switching device for discriminating and sorting completely organized kits from incompletely organized kits. CONSTITUTION:Cord readers, not shown, respectively provided at the entrances of stations 3-1 through 3-N and the exit (a) of the station 3-N, subject the numbers of buckets which have seated, respectively in the stations 3-1 through 3-N, and of buckets which have unseated from the stations, to a computer management to know the fully seated condition in order to control the seating. Simultaneously, buckets for returning completely organized kits into a warehouse are discriminated from buckets for incompletely organized kits, and therefore, a switching device 10 is changed over in accordance with the conditions of arriving buckets. The buckets for returning the completely organized kits to the warehouse are transferred to an automatic warehouse by a conveyor 2 while the buckets for incompletely organized kits are returned to the conveyor 2 by a recirculating conveyor 9, 11 to be seated again. With this arrangement it is possible to aim at adjusting and enhancing the load balance of the conveyor system.
