CONSTITUTION:The common parts 1-0 and 1-1 transmit signals in current use and of spare A0 and A1 representing in which system, the system in current use or a spare system, an operation is performed to each individual part 200, and also, transmit the connection confirming signals F0 and F1 to confirm connection with each individual part 200 to each individual part 200. Each individual part 200 returns the signal F0 transmitted from the common part 1-0 of the system in current use to the common part 1-0 of the system in current use via an internal circuit 201, and also, returns the signal F1. The common parts 1-0 and 1-1 stop and supply of the clock signals C0 and C1 to the individual part 200 after confirming disconnection. The switching means 202 returns received signals A0, A1, and F0 to the common part 1-0. Therefore, the individual part can surely detect the completion of the connection at the common part of the system in current use even in a state where the supply of the clock signal is stopped.

Whether or not the identification information ID is coincident with that at the housing position of the subscriber circuit 2 on target is discriminated, and when they are coincident, the display representing the correctness of the housing position is applied and when they are dissident, the display representing the incorrectness of the housing position is applied.

The circuit 14 is connected to the subscriber 3 in a permanent call in this way by using the control section 300 via the means 100 provided to the subscriber line 2. When the circuit 14 is connected to the subscriber 3, the means 400 requests the connection to the sound source 15 to the control section 300 via the network 200 to connect the sound source 15 to the circuit 14 via the network 200. The means 500 amplifies the howler signal to be supplied and sends it to the subscriber 3 under connection via the means 100.
