    • PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of an adhering adhesive and prevent the dislocation of a chip to bond it with accuracy in positioning by providing the chip with an adhesive layer, and pressing the adhesive layer after positioning it while making it abut on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive supplier 3 advances right below a chip holding means 5, which is holding a substrate 1. The means 5 falls right above the supplier 3, and the surface of a chip 4 is soaked in an adhesive 31, and it rises, and the surface of the chip 4 is coated with an adhesive layer 32. Then, the adhesive supplier 3 retreats. The substrate supporting table 2 retreats so that the region, where the chip 4 is mounted, of the substrate 1 may come right below the means 5. The means 5 falls, and it stops at the position where the surface of a layer 32 abuts on the specified position of the substrate 1. While detecting the position with a position detector 6, the table 2 is inched so that the substrate 1 may be positioned in the specified place. The means 5 falls vertically, and presses the bump 41 of the chip 4 so as to bond it. When the vacuum suction of the chip 4 is relieved and the means are elevated, the chip 4 is placed on the substrate 1 through the adhesive layer 32.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the structure of a bubble memory device which uses a plane coil and is suitable to mass-production by adhering an insulating substrate where a magnetic bubble memory chip and the plane coil are packaged and a metallic plate which has a permanent magnet together, and storing them in a shield case. CONSTITUTION:A bonding pad is provided to a step part 11 at the circumferential part of the square hole 10 in the ceramic substrate 9, and the pad is connected to a lead terminal 8 by multilayered wiring. The top surface of a conductor plate formed by aluminum die casting is plated with copper 14 for producing the video effect of the plane coil, and a magnetism adjusting plate 16 and the permanent magnet 17 are fitted in the recessed part 15 on the reverse surface side. Namely, the recessed part 15 is formed by die casting in the impression direction of a hold magnetic field. The ceramic substrate 9 and conductor plate 13 are sealed airtightly. The upper part of the square hole 10 is sealed by deposition after a chip 19 is attached. The plane coil is inserted into the recessed part in the top surface of the substrate 9, a copper plate 25 having a square hole 24 is inserted thereupon, and a ferrite plate 26 is fitted in the square hole 24. Then, the substrate 9, etc., are united together and stored in the shield case 27.
