CONSTITUTION:The system is the data transfer control system in a packet exchange network 1 in which data transmitted between a sender terminal equipment 100 and a transfer sender terminal equipment 20 are transferred to a transfer destination terminal equipment 300 and the data are returned again to the transfer sender terminal equipment 300 after the end of communication. Then, the transfer sender terminal equipment 300 sends a restoration request signal to the packet exchange network 1 and the packet exchange network 1 receives the said restoration request signal, the reception signal is transferred to the transfer destination terminal equipment 300, a reception disable signal is sent to the said sender terminal equipment 100 after the end of changeover connection to the transfer destination terminal equipment 300 to allow the transmission of the packet, and after the end of communication between the sender terminal equipment 100 and the transfer destination terminal equipment 300, the data are transferred again to the transfer sender terminal equipment 200.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame relay exchange with improved reliability by using a frame relay serial number comparison means of an incoming side frame relay exchange so as to correct inverted sequence through aborting inverted frames even when the inverted sequence of transmission frames between exchanges takes place thereby preventing inverted sequence of received frames at an incoming frame relay terminal equipment. SOLUTION: An incoming exchange 3-1 uses a repeater side reception section 9 to receive frames. A frame relay serial number storage memory 10 stores a frame serial number of a frame received precedingly. A frame relay serial number comparison section 11-1 outputs a start signal of a terminal equipment side transmission section 12 when a difference between a frame serial number of the received frame and a frame serial number of the precedingly received frame is within a prescribed serial number missing maximum range and aborts the frame when at the outside of the range. A terminal equipment side transmission section 12 allows the frame received from the frame relay serial number comparison section 11-1 to give to the incoming frame relay terminal equipment.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the communication route setting system capable of setting the optimal communication route without straying the packet in the network on the system of selecting the alternative route when there are plural communication routes to the objective network. CONSTITUTION:In the communication network with plural alternative routes to be connected with the specified other network through plural other network connection exchanges (incoming exchange devices), alternative station data including the station number of plural incoming exchange devices related to the plural alternative routes and the connection line number of each incoming exchange device are registered in a data register means 10 of the outgoing exchange device. When a call setting request comes from the terminal, a communication route information editing means 20 edits the communication route information being the information on the alternative circuit including the plural connection routes based on the alternative station data. The contents of the communication route information is put on the call setting request packet by an other exchange device alternative transmission means 50 and sent to the incoming exchange device. A alternative circuit selection means 30 of the incoming exchange device performs connection processing with the other network according to the communication route information and alternative processing to the other incoming exchange devices.
