    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure that has an intake hole on one side face and an exhaust hole on the other side face for cooling an electronic circuit unit and that can suck air at a front face and exhaust the air at a back face.SOLUTION: A cooling structure for an electronic circuit unit includes: a separation mechanism having a front face opening part, a first opening part provided on one side face, a second opening part provided on a side face opposed to the first opening part, a back face opening part, and a partition part for guiding air flowing in from the front face opening part to the first opening part; a first duct having a third opening part from which the air exhausted from the first opening part flows in, a first space for changing the flowing direction of the air flowing in from the third opening part, and a fourth opening part from which the air in the first space is exhausted to an intake hole; and a second duct having a fifth opening part from which air exhausted from an exhaust hole flows in, a second space for changing the flowing direction of the air flowing in from the fifth opening part, and a sixth opening part from which the air in the second space is exhausted to the second opening part.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the removal of a connector housing without using a special tool and prevent the mounting of an electrical insulating plate from being forgotten. CONSTITUTION:In the fitting/removing structure of a connector housing engagedly fitted to a connector fixing bar 14 fixed onto a main distributing board 11 with an electrical insulating plate 5 interposed in between, flanges 3a provided at both side ends of the connector housing 3 are provided with a pair of bar like fitting legs 3c in the separated state. This bar like fitting leg 3c is formed of a locking claw 3b-1 to be engaged with the engaging hole 14c of the connector fixing bar 14, and a stopper part 3b-2 further extended integrally from the locking claw 3b-1 so as to come in colliding contact with the main distributing board surface through the electrical insulating plate 5. Or there are further fixedly provided a shaft part 3c-3 pivotally fixed between this pair of fitting legs 3b, a grip part 3c-2 provided at one end of the shaft part 3c-3, and a rotating cam 3c-1 at the other end. There is also provided a lock release means 3c for releasing the engagement between the locking claw 3b-1 and the connector fixing bar 14 by turning the grip part 3c-2.

    • PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency for a mounted heating part by providing a wind guide plate having an inlet side inclination, for converging a feed air flow toward the heating part, and an outlet side inclination, for diverging an exhaust air flow, and further provided with a projection in contact with the head of the heating part in the plane are between inclined parts. CONSTITUTION:A heating part 1b, such as a semiconductor device, is mounted on a printed wiring board 1a, and a connector and an earthing through hole, through which a fixing screw 4 is inserted to a fixed position on a spacer rod 3, are provided at one end part thereof. the wind guide plate 2 has an inlet side inclined part 2a for converging and guiding a feed air flow 8 for cooling a semiconductor device 1b toward the semiconductor device 1b, and an outlet side inclined part 2b for diverging an exhaust air flow 9 after cooling, and projection 2d, in contact with the flat head surface of the semiconductor device 1b, is provided in the plane area between the both inclined parts 2a, 2b, and mounting holes are provided in the side edges of the both inclined parts 2a, 2b for fixing them to the spacer rod 3. Thus, the speed of the wind passing the heating part 1b can be made larger, and the wind guide plate 2 is used as an auxiliary radiator having a large radiating area via a the projection 2d to largely improve the cooling efficiency.
