    • PURPOSE: To process an optional communication picture among many and unspecified terminals by using a control signal channel set between a picture communication terminal and a wide-band switchboard and attaining transmission/ reception of picture processing signals between terminals or between the terminal and the switchboard in a picture communication mode.
      CONSTITUTION: One of two picture communication terminals 1 uses a control signal channel 8 while the communication is performed between both terminals 1 via a picture signal channel 7. Thus the picture processing control signal is transmitted to a picture processing control unit VPC6 for output of a picture processing request. Then the VPC6 gives an indication to the CPU of a wide- band switchboard 4 to give an interruption of the picture signal channel of a picture editing processing unit VPU5 to the channel 7 and obtains a connection state as shown in the diagram. Under such conditions, the VPU5 is connected to the channel 7 of both terminals 1. While both terminals 1 are connected to the VPC6 via the channel 8. Thus it is possible to give picture processing to an optional picture which is under communication between both terminals.

    • 09 PURPOSE:To diagnose a logical operating circuit by a simple constitution, by providing a means for collating a read-out data of an ROM which is accessed by making an output data of the logical operating circuit an address, with an input data of the operating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input data is provided from (m) pieces of input data lines 2 of a logical operating circuit 1, and output data corresponding to an input data pattern appears in (n) pieces of output data lines 3. An ROM4 is accessed by making an output data an address, a read-out output of l bits is obtained, and is provided to a collating circuit 7. Also, an input data is held temporarily by a register 6, is provided to the collating circuit 7, and is collated with a read-out data of the ROM4. If a fault occurs in the circuit 1, the output data comes not to correspond to a pattern of the input data, a data which has been read out from the ROM4 does not correspond to a pattern of the input data either, and the result becomes a collating dissidence. In accordance with the contents of dissidence, an FF8 is set, a light emission diode 9 is emitted by its set output, and the kind of fault or a faulty place of the circuit 1 is displayed.
