Consequently, the channel memory can be decreased and in the time switch function, a space switch function can be realized.

As a result, the voice data V3 is read from the memory 2, stored in a transmission register 3, the signal is extracted twice synchronously with a clock signal ck4 of one sampling period and outputted as a reproduced voice V4.

The period designation means 3b gives a period corresponding to the informed period size to a ratio section 4. The ratio section 4 implements carrier sense operation periodically for a large (long) period to be designated. Furthermore, when the master set 1 generates a notice to decrease the period, the notice is sent to the slave set 2 via a control channel. The ratio section 4 of the slave set 2 implements carrier sense operation for a small (short) period.

    • PURPOSE:To attain efficient mixing between optional many parties by generating a total so that a value generated from the mixing pair of one preceding exchange unit is used as one of next pair and generating each mixing value with it. CONSTITUTION:One of the mixing pair is given from a talking information storage memory 18 and the other is given from a mixing value generation auxiliary means 42 to an arithmetic means 41, where they are added. The added value is replaced with the old mixing pair of the means 42 so as to be other of the mixing pair of the next exchange unit. The procedure is repeated until all the data to be mixed is obtained. At the point of time when the sum is obtained, the updating of the means 42 is stopped and the means 41 is used as a subtraction mode. Then the mixing data from the memory 18 is given sequentially to the means 41 as one of the mixing pair and the sum from the means 42 is given as the other, the mixing value for object incoming call subscriber is generated sequentially and distributed to each mixing object incoming coll subscriber.
