Thus, a printed board connector 31 is plugged into a connector 4 or unplugged. At this time, the inserting and removing bar 8 acts as a lever. Therefore, force for insertion and removal can be less. Namely, the insertion and removal of the printed board 3 is easy. Thus the miniaturization of a cabinet 1 is promoted, and the weight becomes light.
