    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate dispersion in a threshold voltage of a transistor when an output transistor is constituted of a TFT with a simple contrivance. SOLUTION: Resepctive one ends of a second switch element 23, a third switch element 24 and a first capacitor 25 are connected to the other end of a first switch element 22 whose one end is connected to an input terminal, and a second capacitor 26 is connected between receptive the other ends of the second switch element 23 and the third switch element 24, and the other end of the second switch element 23 is connected to a gate of a TFT 27, and the other end of the third switch element 24 is connected to the source of the TFT 27, one end of a resistor 29 and an output terminal through a fourth switch element 28, and the drain of the TFT 27 is connected to a high potential source line, and respective the other ends of the first capacitor 25 and the resistor 29 are connected to a low potential source line. Although an output voltage becomes the voltage lowered from the gate voltage of the TFT 27 by the threshold voltage, since the gate voltage of the TFT 27 is heightened by the precise threshold voltage much by the hold voltage of the second capacitor 26, a balance becomes zero, and the output voltage isn't affected.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent delaying in operation and malfunction of driving circuits by not disposing at least either of common electrodes or black matrixes on regions facing the data drivers and scanning drivers of a counter substrate. CONSTITUTION: At least either of the common electrodes 2 or the black matrix are not disposed on at least part of the regions facing the data drivers 4 and scanning drivers 5 of the counter substrate 1 of this liquid crystal display device integrated with the driving circuits consisting of the data drivers 4 and the scanning drivers 5 on an element substrate 3. The regions where at least either of the common electrodes 2 or the black matrixes are not disposed are the regions facing the wirings of the data drivers 4 and the scanning drivers 5. Then, even if dielectric substances, such as liquid crystals 11, exist on the wirings and elements constituting the driving circuits, the conductors of the specified potential, such as common electrodes 3, do not exist in the regions facing the wirings and elements on the counter substrate 1 side and, therefore, the delay in the circuit operation based on parasitic capacitors is lessened and the generation of the malfunction is obviated.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce load, to shorten charging/discharging time to the parasitic capacity of an input terminal and to improve the accuracy of sampling output voltage by disconnecting an output stage circuit from an input stage circuit at the time of sampling operation. CONSTITUTION:At the time of sampling operation, a sampling switch SSH and a switch S1 are closed and switches S2, S3 are opened. Thereby the positive and negative inputs of a differential amplifier constituting the input stage circuit A1 are held at the same potential, the circuit A1 is set up to the operation environment of a voltage follower and the output stage circuit A2 is disconnected from the circuit A1 to reduce load and shorten charging/discharging time to the parasitic capacity C of the input terminal. At the time of sampling end and holding voltage output, the switches SSH, S1 are opened and the switches S2, S3 are closed. Since charging/discharging to/from the capacity C has been completed, charging/discharging from a capacitor CSH to the capacity C is not conducted and the holding voltage of the CSH is not changed, so that output voltage VO accurately corresponding to sampling voltage Vi can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To allow the adequate display of a cursor having a high moving speed by controlling the display during the course of the movement of the cursor so as to leave the display according to its moving speed during the time when the locus of the movement can be checked. CONSTITUTION:The cursor is controlled to be displayed in both coordinate positions C0 and C1 when the cursor moves from C0 to C1. The cursor is then controlled to be erased at C0 and to be displayed in both positions C1 and C2 if the display in the position C0 satisfies the necessary time by taking the response time of a liquid crystal into consideration when the cursor moves from the coordinate C1 to C2. The display at C1 is erased and the cursor is displayed only in the intrinsic position C2 after several frames when the movement of the cursor ends. The cursor during the course of the movement is displayed in the period when the liquid crystal can make response in such a manner, by which the moving direction thereof is eventually displaced as the locus. Then, the losing sight of the cursor from the display screen is prevented even if the cursor is moved at a high speed by using a mouse.
