    • PURPOSE:To control each motor with a single control command when tables are driven as an integral unit, by connectably forming the plural tables and correcting the shifting between driving currents of the motors driving each table. CONSTITUTION:In case of connectively driving tables 4a, 4b, the both tables are connected by a connecting means 9 to output a control pulse PC1 of each motor 3a, 3b from a selector circuit 13. While a characteristic difference between the motors 3a, 3b and response characteristic differenc between servo systems are caught as the shifting of a driving current of each motor and displayed as an output of a correction circuit 10. Further a speed deviation signal is additionally considered to obtain a correction signal and input to a speed control circuit 2b, and the motors 3a, 3b are controlled so as to obtain a zero difference between their driving currents. In this way, applied torque to the both motors 3a,3b is equalized also the driving current is equalized thus the tables 4a, 4b can be smoothly moved as an integral unit.

    • PURPOSE:To perform accurate synchronizing operation, by providing a position control system in addition to a speed control system of a numerical control system synchronizingly operating >=2 motors and controlling the axial speed of each motor with a pulse obtained with pulse distribution. CONSTITUTION:An NC command data is read from a tape 11, a numerical control section 12 sets speed references VS, VW, VB to a distributor 12a and outputs distribution pulses PS, PW, PB. The pulse output command pulses PS', PW', PB with acceleration/deceleration circuits 13-15b, they are stored in an error register of position control circuits 13-15b, they are stored in an error register of position control circuits 13-15f via operation circuits 13-15e to generate speed reference voltages VSC, VWC and VBC. Motors 13-15a are controlled with speed control circuits 13-15h. Position control circuits 13-15f are controlled with position feedback circuits PFS, PFW, PFB and the speed control circuits 13-15h are controlled with speed feedback circuits VFS, VFW, and VFB so that the position and speed error can be zeroed. Thus, accurate synchronizing operation can be done with good response.

    • PURPOSE:To correct the servo delay in synchronous feeding and thereby perform an efficient thread cutting, by changing the revolving speed of the spindle at the coarse and finish processing phases in the thread cutting process and by making correction of the cutter position at the time of starting accordingly. CONSTITUTION:When thread is to be cut on a work WK, a higher processing efficiency will be obtained if the revolving speed of the work WK is different between the coarse and finish phases. Because the synchronous servo motion of the cutter in the Z direction has different servo delays dL and dS according to the feed speed fL, fS, a proceeding of the thread cutting without special consideration will yield a double thread and lower the accuracy. The positions of cutter's tip can be put identical between the coarse and finish phases by making correction of the cutter position at the time of starting (position in the direction of Z or Q axis) in accordance with the feed speed fL, fS. Thus thread cutting in high precision can be made at a high efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of a numerical controller, by performing write processing of a command program to an internal memory and read of numerical control data in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Numerical control NC data of one block are read out from a paper tape 101 by driving a paper tape reader 102 and inputted to a processing section 104. The processing section 104 writes this data to an internal memory 103 for NC processing. If the NC data is, e.g. a numerical data representing a position, a pulse distribution circuit 105 outputs distribution pulses Xp,Yp and Zp based on the input value, drives a motor of each axis with servo circuits 106X- 106Z, positionings a tool and moves it in accordance with a command path. When the circuit 105 is finished for the pulse distributing calculation, a distribution completion signal comes to the processing section 104, then the section 104 writes the command program to the internal memory 103 and performs the read of the NC data of the next block to the reader 102.

CONSTITUTION:When a work can not be mounted to a single of table, tables 4a, 4b are connected by a connecting means 9, and a selector circuit 13 is operated by a simultaneous drive command SDC to output a distributive pulse PC1 controlling motors 3a, 3b. While a difference between feedback pulses FF1, FP2 calculated by an arithmetic circuit 10 is input to a corrector circuit 11, and a correction pulse CP in accordance with the difference is added to the pulse PC1 to synchronously rotate the motor 3b with the motor 3a. In this way, position shifting on the basis of a difference of characteristics between the motors 3a, 3b and a difference of response characteristics between servo control systems can be corrected to enable the driving of the tables 4a, 4b as an integral unit.
