摘要： PURPOSE:To normally increase the rigidity of a fire door so that it is not curved and deformed at the time of a fire. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower core members 11, 11 and right and left core members 11, 11 connected to each other by an expansion and contraction joint 30 at the longitudinal intermediate part are squarely framed to form a skeleton body. Then fireproofing plates are mounted on both outside faces and one inside face of the respective core members 11 of the skeleton body, and decorative members for covering the fireproofing plates are mounted on the plates to form framed body. A connecting member 31, which fixes the expansion and contraction joint on one core member 11 is fitted into the other core member 11, and the connecting member and the other core member are clamped and connected through washers 34 made of a low melting point material by screws 33 penetrating through a long hole 32. Thus, since the washers 34 are melted away at the time of a fire, the connecting member 31 and the other core member 11 are relatively slid on each other to absorb thermal expansion of the core member 11.

The thermal elongation of the reinforcing core material 43 is absorbed by the gap to prevent the reinforcing core material from being bent and deformed in the longitudinal direction.

Thus, since the washers 18 are melted at the time of a fire, the connecting member 15 can slide relatively with respect to the intermediate vertical member 3.
