CONSTITUTION:In a parking building 1 wherein parking stories 31-33 partitioned by floors 21 include parking areas 42-45 partitioned by walls, elevators 55 for exclusively lifting cars are installed from an in-and-out car story 9 to the parking areas 42-45 of the parking stories 31-33. In this case, in each of the parking areas 42-45 of the parking stories 31-33, the story 9 and the areas 42-45 only are connected. And the elevator 55 for exclusively transferring a car to be parked from the story 9 and the elevator 55 for exclusively transferring a car to the story 9 are installed.
