摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure capable of improving the base isolation effect of a high rise building without restricting the degree of freedom in the design of a high rise building. SOLUTION: The high rise building 10 is constituted of independently self-supporting two structures on a foundation of an inside structure 12 and an outside structure 14. The outside building 14 is erected so as to surround the inside building 12. The inside structure 12 is fixed on the foundation. The outside structure 14 is supported through a seismic isolation bearing device 16 on the foundation in a base isolation manner. The apex of the inside structure 12 is the substantially same with the apex of the outside structure 14 and a connecting beam 18 is formed so as to mutually connect the apex of the inside structure 12 and the apex of the outside structure 14. Both ends of the connecting beam 18 are rigidly connected to the apex of the inside structure 12 and the apex of the outside structure 14. 摘要： PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing of beams of various sizes whose beam widths and beam forms are different from one another and diversion adapted to other construction work with the same concrete formwork, by a method wherein a bottom frame possessing a width and form corresponding to the necessary beam width and beam form is mounted on a base board and a pair of side frames placing the same bottom frame between them are provided on the base board in a rising state. CONSTITUTION:Side frames 2, 3 which are confronted with each other are provided on a base board 1 in a rising state and the lower end part of the side frame 2 is hinged undulatably to a bracket 4 through a pin 5. A support 6 is provided on the outside of the side frame 2 and the top is fitted with a connecting member such as a toggle clamp 7. A bottom frame 8 possessing a necessary width and form is mounted on the base board 1, a side frame 3 and a web of a channel steel 8a of the bottom frame 8 are connected tightly with a bolt 12 and nut 13, the side frame 2 along with the side frame 3 are put the bottom frame 8 between them by raising the side frame 2 and the side frame 2 is stuck close to the support 6 through the toggle clamp 7. Concrete is placed in both the side frames 2, 3 and the bottom plate 8b of the bottom frame 8, a width limiting material 15 is removed at the time of demolding, sticking of the side frame 2 with a toggle clamp 7 is released and the same side frame is turned in the direction of an arrow Y.

A damper 18 is hung over between the interior structure 12 and the exterior structure 14 and the interior structure 12 are connected to each other. Both ends of the damper 18 are pivoted to the interior structure 12 and the exterior structure 14, and further, arranged slantly in advance to the horizontal direction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide PC floor slabs having the advantages of both half PC and full PC. SOLUTION: A plurality of PC(precast concrete) floor slabs 18 are placed so as to fill a rectangular space in a plan view formed at the inner side of a girder 16 or a small beam. The PC floor slab 1802 comprises a rectangular main body slab portion 1802 in a plan view and an outer peripheral slab portion 1804 formed in a rectangular frame shape around the main body slab portion 1802. The bottom surface 1804A of the outer peripheral slab 1804 and the bottom surface 1802A of the main body slab portion 1802 are formed on the same plane, but the top surface of the outer peripheral board portion 1804 is formed at a place lower than the top surface of the main body slab portion 1802. Shear reinforcing members 22 are embedded like a grid form the main body slab portion 1802 to the outer peripheral slab portion 1804, the lower half portion of the shear reinforcing member 22 is embedded in the outer peripheral slab portion 1804 at the outer peripheral slab portion 1804, and its almost upper half portion is exposed upward from the top surface of the outer peripheral slab portion 1804.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half PC slab capable of simplifying handing method and of reducing the number of timbering operations when placing post-cast concrete. SOLUTION: A half PC floor slab 12 becomes a floor slab 16 after a post-cast concrete 14 is placed on the top surface 1202 on the job site. Shear reinforcing members 1206 are embedded in the half PC floor slab 12, and the upper half portion of the shear reinforcing member 1206 is exposed above the top surface 1202 of the half PC floor slab 12. At the bottom surface of the half PC floor slab 12 near both the long sides, two I-shaped steel members 18 (reinforcing members made of steel) are installed at certain intervals in an extending direction of the short sides. And the I-shaped steel members 18 can be detachable from the bottom surface 1204 of the half PC floor slab 12 by handling bolts.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half-PC member which can reduce its production cost to a considerable extent without degrading various functions of conventional erection bars for shear reinforcement. SOLUTION: A half-PC floor member 32 consists of a concrete section 3202, a floor slab lower end reinforcing bar 3204 embedded in the concrete section 3202, a plurality of shear reinforcing members 36 with their lower ends embedded in the concrete section 3202, etc. Each shear reinforcing member 36 is a reinforcing member for a concrete placing joint surface, and consists of an upper string member 40 formed by linearly extending a structural reinforcing bar, and a diagonal member 42 constituted of a structural reinforcing bar arranged on a single plane inclusive of the upper string member 40. The diagonal member 42 is corrugated, which is made up of a number of bottoms 4202 extending in parallel with the upper string member 40, a number of upper hems 4204 fixed to the upper string member 40, and linking portions 4206 sequentially connecting the edge of the bottom 4202 and the edge of the upper hem 4204 to each other.
