摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a cylindrical inflatable part such as tortion and strain at the time of its inflation by forming one side of said cylindrical inflatable part formed with a plain rubber coated fabric, while combining a biased rubber coated fabric obtained by subjecting a textile base to bias- weaving, with said one side of the cylindrical inflatable part. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical inflatable part, a upper side coated fabric 12 and a lower side coated fabric 13 formed by coating rubber on a plain textile base are connected together via a biased rubber coated fabric 15 formed by coating rubber on a biased textile base. This connection is accomplished by sticking the both ends of the biased rubber coated fabric 15 to the one end of the upper side coated fabric 12 and the one end of the lower side coated fabric 13 respectively while reinforcing the outer surface of a stuck part 16 with a reinforcing tape 17. And in case of the biased textile base, a direction in which yarn is led is inclined by a prescribed angle to the generating direction of stress, so that the elongation of the yarn in that part is reduced, and even when the woven directions of the upper side and lower side coated fabrics 12, 13 differ from each other, torsion and strain, etc., at the time of the inflation of the inflatable part are absorbed by the biased rubber coated fabric 15.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at simplifying a test procedure and improving in time-cutt- ing plus labor-saving in the load test of a large sized, swelling life boat, by omitting loading and unloading of the test material including sand bags, etc., in use of a protable fluid receptacle coated with rubber which requires test loads extending over the whole floor surface on an average. CONSTITUTION:A fluid receptacle 2 is made up of a foldable, portable form with a flexible sheet of rubber cloth, etc., inflatable baggily. On the top of the receptacle 2, there are provided with a combined fluid inlet and exhaust port 21 and an air-bleeder hole 22 and they are equipped with noses, 21b and 22b, with valves, 21a and 22a each. Flat form of the receptacle 2 takes a sector or scalloping form in accordance with form and load of the floor condition in order to uniformly distribute a load across the whole surface of a floor 1 of a life raft 1. To conduct the test checkup, an empty fluid receptacle 2 is placed on a floor 11 of the life raft 1 and poured inside with water, thereby detecting whether to reach a fixed quantity upon leakage of water from the air-bleeder hole 22.

If a user has a desire to urinate when an accident occurs at a very cold district, the support 33 is attached to gather urine in the reservoirs 34 and 35. A check valve is located in an urinating pipe 31. This reduces radiation of the temperature of a human body and relieve a feeling of shiver since the heat of urine in the reservoirs warms the human body.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize a raft by attaching a film to form a ballast tank beneath the bottom film and by swelling an air bag provided between both films. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral wall 2 is formed on a bottom film 1 using a swelling type air bag, and a film 3 is attached on the lower surface of the bottom film 1, then a room 5 is formed by swelling the air bag 4 provided between both films 1, 3 so as to enlarge the film 3 to form a ballast tank toward the bottom film 1. Water is introduced into the room 5 through a small hole 6 provided on the film 3 to form the ballast tank, and a ballast tank 7 is formed on the whole lower surface of the bottom film 1. The water is introduced to the room 5 smoothly, and a ballast tank 7 is formed in a short run so that a raft can be stabilized.
