    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the grounding treatment of a metal water sealing layer in a cable with the metal water sealing layer having a shielding layer. SOLUTION: A metallized tape layer 11 is formed by wrap-winding a first metallized tape 12 made by pasting a metal foil 12b onto the surface of a base tape 12a of paper or the like, and a second metallized tape 13 made by pasting a metal foil 13b onto the rear face of the base tape 13a with the mutual metal foil surfaces made to face each other and in the parallel state in which a part of them are piled (part of (3)), between the shielding layer 3 on which a copper tape 3a is wrapping-wound and the metal water sealing layer 5 in which a metal laminate tape 5a is attached lengthwise. The metal water sealing layer 5 and the shielding layer 3 are electrically connected via the metal foil faces of the pair of the metallized tapes 12, 13 over a whole length in a longitudinal direction of the cable (routes of (1), (3), (2)). Since the shielding layer 3 is grounded without fail, the metal water sealing layer 5 is grounded, and it becomes unnecessary to carry out the grounding treatment of the metal sealing layer 5 alone.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve torsion resistance characteristics mainly for a cable anchor. SOLUTION: A reinforcing braid 35 is covered at an outer periphery adjacent to a fitting opening of a cable 5 anchored at an anchor fitting body 20, and the reinforcing braid 35 is brought into close contact with and retained at a cable 5 with a contracting tube 36 covered on the braid, for example. The torsional rigidity adjacent to the fitting opening of the cable 5 is improved by the reinforcing braid 35, so that the torsion is dispersed over the whole cable. It is possible to induce degradation in strength by concentrating the torsion adjacent to the fitting opening portion of the cable. The braid structure efficiently increases the torsional rigidity against the reciprocating torsion. Besides, a rubber molding 37 is provided over a tubular part 20a provided integrally with the anchor body 20 adjacent to the fitting opening of the cable 5, the torsional resistance characteristics can be improved, thus preventing degradation in strength due to repetitive compression.
