    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high load key dome sheet whereby key domes having different maximum loads are easily manufactured without a possibility of increasing a manufacturing cost, and sufficient durability is secured.
      SOLUTION: This key dome sheet is equipped with a base substrate 1, a switch terminal 2 formed on the base substrate 1, and a first key dome 3 disposed on the base substrate 1 while covering the switch terminal 2. A pressing sheet 4 of an insulating material is disposed on the first key dome 3, a second key dome 5 is disposed on this pressing sheet 4, and a second pressing sheet 6 is disposed on this second key dome 5.

The nonhalogen flame retardant of 40-200 pts.wt. is preferably added to the base polymer of 100 pts.wt.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability of an electrode body and battery performance by surface-treating a metallic collector with an organosilane compound and enhancing adhesiveness of the metallic collector to an electrode film formed on the front surface of the collector. SOLUTION: An electrode thin film is formed on the front surface of a metallic collector formed of foil of Al, Cu, Ni or Ti and a mesh by performing immersion, spray, washing and drying by using solution or dispersion liquid containing 1 to 80 pts.wt. of an organisilane compound after roughening the front surface by etching. The electron film having the specified thickness is formed on the front surface of the metallic collector having one end connector to a lead wire by applying solution or dispersion liquid of an electrode active material composition containing active materials for a positive electrode and a negative electrode, conductive materials, and binder of ionic conductive polymer and then drying it. The electrode film is prevented from being separated and dropped from the metallic collector to which affinity of binder is provided by the surface treatment, and the capacity is restrained from being decreased caused by repeated charging and discharging of a battery.
