      SOLUTION: A blade portion 6 constituting a photoreceptor unit 1 includes: a blade metal plate 61 holding a cleaning blade 5 for removing a developer remaining on a photoreceptor drum 2, a connection terminal 62 for connecting the blade metal plate 61 to ground, and a control portion 64 disposed between the blade metal plate 61 and connection terminal 62 to control the potential of the blade metal plate 61. Electric charge is prevented from moving from the photoreceptor drum 2 and a charging roller 3 to the blade metal plate 61 through electrostatic induction, to stabilize a surface potential of the photoreceptor drum 2, resulting in improvement in picture quality.
