摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film pack capable of preventing the inadvertent ejection of a light shielding cover, even if the film pack has impact before it is loaded in a camera and a risk of the leakage of light. SOLUTION: A projection 32 having a slope 32a is formed in the inwall in the vicinity of an ejecting port 7a, of the front plate part 4 of a pack body 2. A projection 21 engaged with the projection 32, in a state where an exposure opening 4a is closed up with the light shielding cover 6, with light tightness is formed in the light shielding cover 6. When the projection 21 rides across the projection 32, the cover 6 compresses a film unit 3, so that resistance is applied to the cover 6 by the reaction of the compression. Therefore, even if the film pack 1 has the impact, because of dropping, etc., before the pack 1 is used, the inadvertent ejection of the cover 6 from the ejecting port 7a is prevented. Since the resistance is set lower than scraping out force by a claw mechanism on a camera side, the cover 6 is ejected after the film pack 1 is loaded in the camera, without any problem. Further, an extra opening is not provided in the pack body and the light shielding cover, to prevent the inadvertent ejection of the light shielding cover, so that even if the pack body gets external light, there is no risk of the light leakage.

A jig for disengaging the detaining pawl 16 and the part 17 to be detained is inserted into the opening 23. The inside wall forming the jig is formed by inclining the insertion direction of the jig in such a manner that the detaining pawl 16 is regulated toward the direction evading from the part 17 to be detained.

When the cover 7 is pressed by the mechanism on the camera side through apertures 12 and 13 so that the lock is released and the cover 7 moves to an opening position, the leading edge 3a of the photographic film 3 which is rotated altogether with the rotation of a spool 4 is picked up by a separation pawl 16, supported by a damage preventing rib 15, and fed to the outside of a cartridge main body 2 from the feeding port.
