    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of electrification prevention by making a circuit- breaker unable to be put ON in the event of an inspection of the inside of a board and improve a structure so that the parts of the device will not be damaged when the door of the board is forced to be opened without a handle device being unlocked. SOLUTION: In an external operating handle device in which a handle 1a of the circuit-breaker 1 installed at the inside of the board is linked via a holder 5, a coupling shaft 3 and a hook plug 6 with a handle unit 2 mounted on a front face of the board door, and which performs ON/OFF operation of the breaker by an operation of the operating handle 2b of the handle unit, a handle guide 4 to support a shaft 3 is made to be a broad wide U-shaped frame covering a peripheral area of the handle of the breaker, and engaging claws 4b are formed on the tip ends of the leg parts of the both sides, and the engaging claws are snap-jointed by being fitted into a concave groove 1b formed on the side face of the case of the breaker. Accordingly, the engaging claws are disconnected by an external force applied in case the door is forced to be opened, and released from the breaker together with the coupling shaft.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a locking mechanism of a circuit breaker so that a handle knob is not easily locked at OFF position, in order to avoid mistaking an OFF motion of a circuit breaker under abnormal condition in which a main contact of the circuit breaker is welded, and to enhance safety for an electric shock accident and the like. SOLUTION: In an external operating handle device which controls manually from outside of a switchboard ON and OFF of a circuit breaker 1 assembled in the switchboard, a lock lever 8 assembled in a handle knob 6 is taken out to a locking position with a handle at OFF position and is locked with a pad lock 7, and also an engaging stopper claw 9 to release manually constraint of the lock lever 8 is provided in the handle knob as a locking means to constrain and keep the lock lever 8 in release position at ordinary times. When the lever 8 is locked with the pad lock by turning the handle knob to OFF position, the locking claw 9 us released from the lock lever 8 by one hand and the lock lever 8 is taken out to the locking position by another hand, and after that, using the hand released from the engaging stopper claw 9 the handle knob 5 is locked in OFF position by hanging the pad lock 7 in a lock hole 8 b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external operation device of a circuit breaker, that can improve convenience of handling, by enabling cramping and holding of a lock lever at a pulled-out position and temporarily locking a handle, without using a padlock and the like. SOLUTION: This is a door-mounted type, external operation handle device, which is arranged on the door surface of a distribution board or the like and makes switching operation from outside of a circuit breaker inside the board. The device is composed by combining a rotary-operation type handle 4 which guide-supported by a body 5, a lock lever 6 which is housed in a cavity 4a of the handle and axially supported freely appearing, and a lock pin 9 interlocked with the pull-out operation of the lock lever to lock the handle at the on-and-off positions. Furthermore, a stopper piece 6d, which gives springing function to the lock lever and protrudes its pointed protrusion 6d-1 sideways is arranged, and on the interior wall of the cavity of the handle, concave grooves 4b, 4c, into which the pointed protrusion of the stopper piece is inserted to cohesion bundle and hold the lock lever at drawn-back and pulled-out positions, are formed. In this way, the handle can be locked temporarily at on-and-off positions, without having to put a padlock or the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety property against an electrification accident or the like, by adapting a handle-knob not to be easily locked at an OFF position in order to avoid misunderstanding of on/off of a circuit breaker under an abnormal condition that main contacts of the circuit breaker are fused. SOLUTION: This device is an externally operating handle device for turning on and off a circuit breaker 1 integrated in a power distribution panel by manual operation from the exterior of the panel, wherein a lock hole 4b is opened in a peripheral wall 4a of a body 4 surrounding a handle-knob 5, and the handle- knob 5a is adapted to be locked at an off-position by hanging a padlock 7 through the lock hole 4b. In this event, a leaf-spring type shutter 8 is provided, which projects so as to close the lock hole 4b and one end of which is fixed to the body, as a shutter means which closes the lock hole 4b normally and opens the lock hole 4b by being manually released when the padlock is hung therethrough, and an arm 7a of the padlock is passed through the lock hole 4b with the shutter 8 being held by hand.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a low voltage breaker which has a terminal block and is equipped with an attachment device capable of being used commonly with different numbers of poles. CONSTITUTION:A voltage trip device 1 fitted with a lead is one of the attachment devices for use with a low voltage breaker having a terminal table and is composed of a voltage trip device 83, a lead 831a of the device 83, and a male connector 4 mounted at the lead end on the device 83 side. The terminal table 2 fitted with lead is composed of a terminal table 7, lead 831b to the terminal table 7 through a void possessed by a base 72 for mounting and connected with a terminal 71, and a female connector 5 mounted at the lead 831b end on the counter-terminal 71 side.
